Clyptaro is a creator tool that turns your livestream moments into short-form videos and publishes them to social accounts you connect. These terms govern your use of the service, including its use of YouTube API Services.

Authorized use
You may connect only accounts you own or are expressly authorized to manage, and you may clip only content you own or have the rights to publish. You remain responsible for every clip, caption, and publishing instruction you submit.
YouTube API Services
Clyptaro uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, the YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and the YouTube API Services Developer Policies.
TikTok Direct Post
By connecting TikTok and confirming a post, you instruct Clyptaro to submit the finished video and the privacy, interaction, commercial-content, and AI-generated-content disclosures you select. You confirm for every post that you control the destination account and have all video, music, and publishing rights. You also agree to the TikTok Terms of Service and applicable TikTok policies. TikTok may process, moderate, restrict, or remove a post.
Acceptable content
Do not use Clyptaro to publish unlawful material, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, impersonate others, evade platform safeguards, or violate any platform's terms and developer policies.
Instagram and Facebook publishing
By connecting an Instagram professional account or Facebook Page, you instruct Clyptaro to create and publish Reels with the caption, title, description, and placement choices you confirm. Your use remains subject to the Instagram Terms of Use and the Facebook Terms. Meta may process, moderate, restrict, or remove submitted content.
X publishing
By connecting X, you instruct Clyptaro to upload the finished video and create the post text you confirm. Your use remains subject to the X Terms of Service and applicable developer policies. X may process, label, restrict, or remove submitted content.
Platform access
Where Snapchat publishing is enabled, connecting an authorized Public Profile and confirming a publishing instruction authorizes Clyptaro to upload the video and submit it to Spotlight with your description, language and profile-placement choices. Spotlight submissions are subject to Snapchat review and may be rejected or removed. Your use remains subject to the Snap Terms of Service and applicable content policies.
Publishing depends on third-party APIs and may be limited, suspended, or changed by those platforms. You can revoke Clyptaro's access at any time from your Google Account connections or the connected platform's app settings.
Referral rewards
Clyptaro's referral program awards bonus processing credits to eligible new members and their inviters.
Who qualifies
A friend must create a new account after the inviter's URL was created, verify their email, and claim the invitation within three days of account creation, before starting their first subscription checkout. Each account and workspace can accept one invitation. You cannot refer yourself or members of your own workspace.
Both people receive one signup spin. When the friend makes their first successful, positive subscription payment within 30 days of signup, both receive one additional subscription spin. Free trials, zero-value invoices, manual settlements, top-ups, upgrades and renewals after a qualifying payment do not earn additional spins.
The inviter does not need a paid plan. Prizes belong to the beneficiary's original reward workspace and cannot be transferred, withdrawn, sold or exchanged for cash.
Limits and verification
Reward-earning invitations are subject to account and program limits. Invitations and rewards may require verification.
Fake accounts, self-referrals, coordinated reward farming and fraudulent payments are ineligible. We may hold spins for review and revoke ineligible rewards. Contact support through the app if you believe a decision is incorrect.
Prizes
Day labels represent fixed Creator-equivalent processing credits, not days of subscription access. Your plan and billing remain unchanged. One credit processes one input minute under the normal product rules. A three-day prize is 100 minutes; the full prize amounts are below.

Rewards vary. Wheel cards do not represent equal chances. Each earned spin retains its original reward distribution.
Use spins within 90 days. Approval after a review gives you at least 90 days to draw. Credits expire 60 days after drawing, except the one-year prize, which expires after 365 days. My Prizes shows the exact expiry dates.
Any refund or dispute of a qualifying subscription payment revokes its two subscription spins and their rewards. Unspent credits are removed. Already consumed rewards do not create a card charge. Signup rewards remain unless the referral itself was ineligible.
We can pause new invitations when the program reaches its limits. Accepted invitations retain their paid milestone window. We may temporarily pause drawing to address an operational incident.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is without a promise of uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clyptaro is not liable for indirect loss, lost reach, removed posts, or platform enforcement resulting from submitted content.
